Key Responsibilities:
 Data ETL:
-Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Reporting and Visualization:
-Create, maintain, and update interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
-Translate complex data into actionable insights and visual representations for stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
-Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Predictive Modeling and Trend Analysis:
-Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and behaviors.
-Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to enhance prediction accuracy.
Optimization:
- Apply optimization techniques to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
-Identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives.
-Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
 -Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
 -Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and modeling.
 -Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
 -Familiarity with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS for comprehensive data solutions.
 -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
