We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic, creative, and results-driven Campaign Specialist to join our team at Snapp Grocery. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure campaign strategies align with company goals and initiatives.
  • Conduct and Comprehend market research and analysis to identify target audiences, segment customer profiles, and uncover insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage the process of creating impactful campaign assets, such as landing pages, ad copies, social media content, and visuals, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and leverage data to refine strategies, maximize ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign management to drive innovation and stay one step ahead of the competition.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience with at least three years in campaign management-related positions, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including campaign planning, segmentation, A/B testing, ROI analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels, including social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and digital ads.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to transform complex ideas into clear and compelling campaign messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and proficiency in using analytics tools to extract actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
