Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Oversee the onboarding process and deliver orientation programs to new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote open communication.
- Recognition Programs: Design and implement recognition and reward programs to celebrate employee achievements.
- Workplace Environment: Enhance workplace culture through initiatives promoting work-life balance and well-being.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and drive improvements in employee experience strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and conduct relevant training sessions.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement or relations.
- Background in graphic design, with experience in creating visually appealing materials for employee programs and communications.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
