Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all social security and tax compliance operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and related reports.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of local tax and social insurance laws.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during tax audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate contributions and deductions.
  • Identify areas of risk and recommend tax-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for inspections and government inquiries.
Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • In-depth knowledge of tax laws and social security regulations.
  • Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in tax and social security roles.
