Key Responsibilities
- Manage all social security and tax compliance operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and related reports.
- Maintain updated knowledge of local tax and social insurance laws.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during tax audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate contributions and deductions.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend tax-saving opportunities.
- Prepare necessary documentation for inspections and government inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and social security regulations.
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in tax and social security roles.
