About the Role
At Miare, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to take a leading role in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role goes beyond reporting and requires strong ownership in building financial models, analyzing business performance, and supporting high-impact decision-making.
You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate business drivers into financial outcomes, develop forward-looking analyses, and bring clarity to complex and evolving data.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Own and drive variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget / Forecast) with clear, actionable insights.
- Translate operational metrics into financial impact and identify key drivers of revenue, cost, and profitability.
- Lead forecasting processes, including rolling forecasts and scenario-based planning.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial risks and business trade-offs.
- Prepare high-quality management reports, including P&L, cash flow, and key financial KPIs.
- Work closely with operational teams to challenge assumptions, validate inputs, and improve data quality.
- Support strategic and operational decision-making through structured financial analysis.
- Continuously improve financial models, reporting structure, and planning processes.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or similar analytical roles.
- Proven hands-on experience in building financial models (not just using or maintaining them).
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) and their interdependencies.
- Ability to connect business operations and metrics to financial performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (modeling, scenario building, data structuring).
- Experience with SQL or data/BI tools is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and take ownership of analysis.
- Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
