Responsibilities:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with other departments to translate business requirements into program rules, processes, and configuration
- Ensuring the effective and efficient management of club operations.
- Coaching employees and manage performance through performance reviews, formal meetings, and monthly catchups.
- Organizing, leading and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum a year demonstrated experience in a supervisor or leadership position.
- Staff and performance management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Club strategies.
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
