Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to understand and address their needs promptly.
- Register supplier orders and coordinate the receipt of these orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage financial transactions with suppliers, including invoicing and settling accounts.
- Negotiate with suppliers to improve cooperation conditions and achieve more favorable terms.
- Identify and address any weaknesses in the supplier communication processes, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all supplier interactions, proposals, and financial transactions.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all interactions and transactions with suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Specialist, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- High level of commitment and responsibility with the availability to work full-time from the office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern accounting software.
- Analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail and the ability to propose practical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
