JOB DESCRIPTION:
- track customers' journey in each service and define touchpoints
- set CX KPIs affecting CX in each service and plan a framework to measure each KPI and make reports to observe them
- find solutions to reduce pain points and improve the CX metrics
- collect user's feedbacks and analyze them for action plans
- manage projects to improve CX
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: BSc. or MSc. in engineering, CS or MBA
Skills:
- Project management and collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Data management and analytics
- empathy, listening, and team working
- Software: Microsoft Office, SQL (optional)
- Language: English (intermediate)
