Job Description

Providing project scope, schedule, requirements and cost baselines.
Defining communication flow and required alignments with stakeholders and client;
Risk management planning.
Ensuring to achieve the project objectives and client/stakeholders’ expectations;
Making balance between priorities, timing, cost and available resources;
Preparing project status & analytic reports about progress and delay in process by gathering, analyzing and summarizing data;
Monitoring and controlling the projects’ progress:
Providing force or corrective action plans and initiate corresponding changes to compensate delays or missed KPIs considering priorities and resources;
Extracting, analyzing data and providing any report to manager
Keeping Vertical manager informed of project status.
Developing methodologies based on PMBOK's knowledge areas, best practices and Gathering lessons learnt from previous projects

Requirements and Skills:

At least 3 years of experience as project manager.
Ability to use necessary soft wares (CAD, MSP, Excel,…)
Ability to extract and analyze data from DB (SQL)
Familiar with PMBOK
Being informed about related industry trends (e.g., technology development, sustainability strategies)
Considerable skills: Resilience; Internal negotiation skills; Communication and feedback skills; Problem solving; Critical thinking; Ownership; Proactivity; Data Driven.
BSc or MSc in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or
BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering degree or Management.
