Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing planning
- Content generation based on brand image, brand positioning and tone of voice
- Creating content bucket and defining new categories
- Designing and executing a content calendar
- Copywriting and ideation
- Coordination with graphics team, video marketing, and outsourced teams
- Designing and executing social campaigns along with reporting
- Designing and executing follower acquisition campaigns along with reporting
- Monitoring performance and hot topics
- Analyzing performance and coming up with ideas to enhance every KPI
- Monthly reports on performance
- Cooperation with other teams to design and execute social ads
- Ideation, planning, and executing influencer marketing
- Keeping up with trends
Requirement:
- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
