Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Define vendor adoption and performance training indicators and measure them on a regular basis to track progress.
- Identify vendors training needs to perform on the Snappfood Platform
- Develop training plans, and deploy effective training programs to improve vendors sales and performance.
- Define and implement Digital training journey for vendors.
- Leading and managing Snappfood vendors Academy
- Generating business insights for vendors based on data analysis to improve vendors sales and performance.
- Managing sales coach for vendors
- Manage the call training team.
- Provide ongoing support, feedback and guidance to ensure all team members are meeting their targets and provide exceptional services to these vendors
- Monitor all staff's attendance and manage all things related to tham, like ensuring they have access to all their required equipment.
- Evaluate and monitor performance of Vendor Training members monthly against determined KPIs and specify improvement areas.
- Monitor Calculating of bonus according to KPIs per agent monthly and confirm agent bonus monthly.
- Providing the Vendor Journey Manager with clear and actionable insights and advice on the vendors needs and wants to consider in designing more effective strategies.
- Prepare required reports and present them to stakeholders monthly
Requirements:
- At least bachelor in Industrial Engineering, MBA, Management, and other related fields
- Candidates in MBA and Industrial Engineering are preferred.
- Min 3 Years of hands on experience in B2B Sales field and Training
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- People management experience
- eep understanding of Training area methodology and best practices
- Familiar with goal setting
- Strong negotiation knowledge and ability (Specially B2B Negotiation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familier with Google tools
- Deep knowledge and understanding of training field
- Good at customer service area
- Having knowledge and skill in project management
- Familiar with Sales and Marketing
- Familiar with English
- Business analyst skill
