Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely payroll processing
- Performs file imports into payroll system from various sources and reviews and verifies payroll data in a timely manner
- Understanding of Hamkaran System time and attendance software
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on compensation and benefits questions.
- Work closely with the Finance department for payroll and reporting matters
- Responsible for all management reporting, and updating relevant HR and payroll systems, as needed
- Lead the administrative functions as they relate to HR/payroll
- Be involved in and contribute to other HR projects as requested as well as continuously participate in the achievement of HR strategy and goals
- Maintains confidentiality with all payroll information
- Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, focused on payroll
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Strong administration skills and great attention to detail
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis
- Highly organized, and able to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiar with all C&B processes
- At least a bachelor degree in related field
- Preferred age range: 27 to 33
