•  Deal with open ambiguous complex problems.
• Passion for exploring large-scale massive rogue and coarse industrial data.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the data needs of the company and ensure all new and existing product surfaces have the data they need to power the user experience, the business reporting, and the insights needed to drive further development. 
• Engage broadly with the organization to identify, prioritize, frame, and structure complex and ambiguous challenges, where advanced analytics projects or tools can have the biggest impact.
•  Acting as the bridge between business teams and technical teams to gather tooling and data requirements and translate business requirements into technical ones.
• Collaborating with the data science and engineering team to improve our data ecosystem over time, including the data itself and the tools that will help us to scale analytics.
• Define logging needs in partnership with Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
•  Define the data science strategy for metrics and data models to ensure data is activated at scale.
•  Performing data analysis and developing insightful dashboards, memos, and presentations that summarize the data.
•  Creating and maintaining data documentation both for an internal, technical audience and for partner user teams.
•  Developing tools and analysis to support decision-making related to how fast we should be growing our expenses and our investment in our internal workforce across all departments.
• Developing efficient ways for non-technical stakeholders to access and work with large data sets.
•   Create advanced reports and models by combining multiple data sources to help inform business decisions and strategies.
•  Transform real-world data into actionable insights using robust statistical methods and compelling data visualizations in formats accessible to a wide range of end-users.

• Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem-solving.
• Deep knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
•  Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to perform Business Understanding.
• Ability to deal with real-world massive industrial datasets and perform Exploratory Data Analysis.
•  Expertise with spreadsheet-based tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
•  Fluency in programming with R or Python (and tools like Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
•  Comfortable with querying databases and data-warehouses using SQL.
• Familiar with machine learning concepts and technique
•  Experience with Data Viz techniques and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Kepler.gl, etc.
•  Experience with an ETL framework like Airflow is a plus.
