Responsibility:

· Leading vendor acquisition department to reach supply side targets such as number of vendors per city, %coverage per city, number of top vendors

· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan aligned with overall growth goals of company

· Evaluating and adjusting performance of field sales, digital sales and sales insight teams.

· Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them

· Provide detailed and accurate reports to top management

Qualifications:

· Min 3 years’ experience in operations management or business administration fields, Ex: Sales manager, Operation manager, business manager,

· Excellent leadership skills

· Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Proven ability to lead a +10 team
