شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a member of our growing product design team, you’ll collaborate closely with our amazing product managers, technical engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to help shape our world-class platform. you will be responsible for designing compelling digital experiences from conception to delivery in a cross-functional environment. If you have the technical skills, experience, and personality to design elegant solutions to complex product design challenges, we want to hear from you.



Responsibilities:



  • Working on an ego-free, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI
  • Conducting user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews
  • Demonstrating user research skills and articulating design decisions based on user and business needs
  • Active participation in brainstorming and concept development
  • Effectively communicating design concepts, rationale, and research findings to the team
  • Simplify complex ideas and communicate with teams across the company
  • Managing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines, and champion projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced environment
  • Ownership of design-related tasks and artifacts.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to see your design deployed perfectly to the production
  • Leverage modern web technologies to define innovative user interfaces and interaction models that result in improved user productivity and operational efficiency.

  Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of previous design experience in a product design position
  • Willingness to learn, can-do attitude, and adaptability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, and Invision is preferred
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools is preferred
  • Ability to clearly present design decisions and incorporate feedback
