شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:
Set long term goals for market development Hire and train new employees
Ability to plan OKRs and being KPI oriented
Oversee preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of vendors
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas
Address complaints regarding of service
Schedule staff hours and assign duties
Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service

Requirements:
Bachelor or master’s degree holder in Engineering/ MBA or related fields
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
Ability to forecast supplies as needed
Ability to manage the budget
Ability to analyze Data (Familiarity with SQL is an advantage)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to give constructive criticism to employees
Ability to create service policies for employees to follow
Amazing leadership abilities
3 years of experience working in customer service
Enthusiasm, communication skills and motivated team player
