The sales team major task is vendor acquisition through different channels
Senior sales specialists should be responsible to do the below tasks:
Supervising and manage assigned agents and promoters and providing support to other team members as needed

- Overseeing and monitoring vendor acquisition process
- Hire new agents and promoters as needed
- Preparing regular sales reports
- Achieve assigned vendor acquisition targets
Technical Knowledge And Skills:
- Proven sales experience
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Experience in the sales process
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Effective time-management & scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Selling/ persuasive/ presentation Skills
- Ability to multitask
- High teamwork ability
- Flexibility with timing and availability
Desired skills:
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Reporting Skills
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
