The sales team major task is vendor acquisition through different channels





Senior sales specialists should be responsible to do the below tasks:




  • Supervising and manage assigned agents and promoters and providing support to other team members as needed
  • Overseeing and monitoring vendor acquisition process
  • Hire new agents and promoters as needed
  • Preparing regular sales reports
  • Achieve assigned vendor acquisition targets
 




Technical Knowledge And Skills:




  • Proven sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Experience in the sales process
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Effective time-management & scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Selling/ persuasive/ presentation Skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • High teamwork ability
  • Flexibility with timing and availability
 




Desired skills:




  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Reporting Skills
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
