شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Responsible for development of vendors after acquisition and maximize their potential, including implementing onboarding and incubation process for the restaurants.
•  Oversee the growth of all new vendors with metrics including order level, service quality, software usage,...
•  Manage and resolve vendor-related issues, and escalations
•  Gather insights and understand pain points from vendors and try to solve them
•  Monitor and Analyze vendor performance data and offer solutions to vendors to boost vendor's performance
•  Ensure of smooth vendor journey and high quality of vendor experience within the platform for new vendors

• Ability to work with different teams
