Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and help us develop and maintain various software products and web services.
Python Developer responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications with third-party web services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
- Write effective, scalable code
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
- Test and debug programs
- Improve functionality of existing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
Requirements:
- 1+ years hands on experience with the Django framework
- Solid database skills in a relational database (i.e. Postgres SQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Good knowledge of version control
- Experience deploying Python applications into production
- Designing and creating RESTful APIs for internal and partner consumption
- Better if familiar with grpc
- Better if familiar with Celery
- Better if familiar with docker
