Job Description
- Defining Category Short term and Long-term Growth Strategy considering competitors and market conditions
- Defining Assortment and Brand Strategy
- Vendor Hunting Strategy definition and Lead Generation management
- Owning Category Sales in Tehran & Other Cities, setting targets for input KPIs and monitoring them in order to achieve sales target
- Vendor Segmentation and specified plan for Main Partners
- Managing Distribution of vendors in different areas
- Splitting Category Target between different Vendor Segmentations
- Managing Home Pages and Vendor Pages of Tehran & Other Cities
- Live Vendor and Performing Vendor Rate Management
- Pricing Strategy
- P&L Management
- Managing Hunter and KA agents to achieve goals of the category
- Category Operation and legal challenges management
- Defining campaigns, Home page management and Conversion Rate Improvement
- Defining and managing category improvement projects and working with other team in order to implement the projects
