Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to
    identify growth opportunities and threats and recommend strategic directions
  •  Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and
    emerging trends
  • Continuously find data driven answers for strategic questions raised in the strategic planning
    and execution by the strategy team, top managers and other teams
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and
    recommendations to top managers
  •  Creating an infrastructure that equips functional teams with tools and dashboards for
    analyzing and monitoring their performance, intricately connected to strategic objectives
  •  Drive the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the
    success of strategic initiatives
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's existing strategies
 Requirements:

  •  Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  •  Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies
  •  Project management skills for overseeing strategic initiatives
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify emerging
    market trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities
  •  Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for data analysis tools, resources, and
    research projects
