Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to design & manage two-way communication channels to improve vendors' engagement with Snappfood and integrate all content communication channels with vendors including vendor academy, SMS, banners, etc.

● Evaluating current vendor communication programs and identifying ways to improve them
● Defining & monitoring vendors engagement KPIs
● Develops strategy and programs designed to favorably represent a company and make positive contributions to vendors
● Support marketing initiatives and act as a representative for the company at corporate or public events
● Be the ambassador for the company, with responsibilities for delivering the company’s vision within the local community
● Designing & managing vendor content channels including vendor academy, SMS, banners
● Organize community outreach programs like webinars, focus groups etc. and coordinate special events that promote products, services, or ideas of the company
● Managing channels to publish contents that increase engagement of vendors(e.g., text, photos, videos and news) and managing Contents in Snappfood vendor academy and social medias
● Managing channel’s content and virtual groups to enhance the company’s online profile
● Monitoring & reporting vendor communication results in all communication channels
● Analyz and report channels data and measuring the effectiveness of those
● Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in relevant fields to maintain a competitive advantage
● Work directly with other vendor domain teams to increase vendor's engagement
Requirements:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Adminestration, Public Relations, Journalism, or other related fields
● 3 years of experience in a similar role
● Background in advertising, business administration, public relations, creative writing, or similar fields
● Confident with the use of social media and other media platforms
● Successful completion of course in advertising, business administration, public speaking, creative or technical writing
● Proficiency with writing and presentation software
● Comfortable with public speaking
● Skills of budget control
● Business intelligence with highly developed influencing and communication skills
● Excellent copywriting skills
● Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
● Solid knowledge in keyword research and Google Analytics
● Knowledge of online marketing channels
● Familiarity with web design & wordpress
● Excellent communication skills
