- To assess candidates for recruitment/ transfer/promotion using different HR selection tools or another Competency-based Interview Model.
- To ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job requirements to meet Business requirements.
- Coordinates the conduct of reference checks and evaluates reference data concerning previous employment record.
- To use different sourcing channels including but not limited to social and nonsocial resources, Job Fairs, and collaboration with top-ranking universities to gather & collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant managers.
- To update Talent Acquisition DBs, Interviews, Employee Family relations, Job Requisitions, to produce accurate reports.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assist managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selection of the most qualified candidates.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System to shortlist the most qualified candidates accordingly.
- To maintain a strong relationship with Talent Acquisition supervisor/Manager and HRBP to deliver HR plans regarding Talent Acquisition.
- To liaise with Talent Acquisition supervisor/Manager and Culture and Employer Braning team to execute all Employer Brand Projects, including External and Internal Job Fairs / Social Media Activities to enhance Brand Image.
- To provide inputs to Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager and HRBP in the final stage of recruitment, also offer reports and profiles of recruited staff for Talent Acquisition Manager.
- To provide staffing reports, including Monthly reports, Job offer rejection rate, Interview history, etc. to Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager.
- To provide feedback to the candidates who have been rejected in the interview process.
- To act as a coach for junior team members and assist them in their issues to onboard them correctly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related disciplines.
- MBA or MA in Human Resources Management would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR; with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment field
- Experience working in a medium organization
- Full-cycle Recruitment experience in a relevant industry (Start-up, Software / Engineering-led businesses)
- Highly Skilled in competency-based interview
- Experienced in full-cycle recruitment process execution
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Having enough English Working Knowledge
- Subject Matter Expertise in using traditional, social media, and other niche sourcing tools
- Experienced in using different sourcing channels and assessing the productivity conversion rate, talent hunting ability, and finding qualified candidates for scarce skills.
- Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status andKPIs..
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements
- Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
