Job Description
- Initiating and leading effective project communication plans and coordinating project activities and fazes to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Identifying project needs, requirements, and resources by reviewing priorities, project objectives, and schedules.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Organizing and scheduling department appointments and meetings, preparing MOM & meeting’s agenda.
- Handling office tasks, setting up meetings, and properly keeping the director’s calendar.
- Meeting with project team members to identify issues and plan to resolve them.
- Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
- Gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information to prepare status reports.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating user manuals development, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and transition of the process or system to the clients.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining stockholders acceptance of project deliverables and managing their satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Monitoring project milestones and deliverables and conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements and preparing progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Having good knowledge and skills in budget management.
- Ability to lead project various-sized teams and monitor them through to completion.
- Ability at strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management
- Proper knowledge and skill in Google tools (Google Sheets, Form, Slides…)
- Advance knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
