Roles & Responsibilities:
● Collaborating with teams across the organization, including finance, marketing, operations, and operational efficiency, maximizing profitability. Using technology, to ensure financial alignment and support business initiatives.
● Leading and managing a team of business development professionals.
● Identifying cost-saving opportunities, analyzing cost drivers, and recommending strategies to optimize company business plan and making recommendations for improvements based on current market conditions
● Developing and presenting financial plans, forecasts, and reports using Excel or other related tools
● Analyzing data and concluding trends in the industry or marketplace to help the company make strategic decisions.
● Assist in developing business plans to achieve operational goals.
● Planning or assisting in planning analyses, presentations, and implementation strategies for complete analyzes or for portions of complex analyzes requiring multiple disciplines.
● Preparing reports that analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities or risks for the company
● Analyzing financial statements and other reports to identify trends in performance over time
Job Specification
Education
● At least Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related fields, in business administration is preferred
Experience
● At least 2 years of experience in related professional experience in business analysis positions.
● Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in the e-Business industry.
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skill, Ability)
● Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, and forecasting methodologies.
● Proficiency in using financial analysis tools, spreadsheets
● Familiarity with SQL and tableau.
● In-depth understanding of e-Business models, digital marketing, online revenue streams, and related metrics.
