Responsibilities:
- Full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the related service, including revenue, margin,
wastage & other supplier income. - Developing and executing optimal service strategy, pricing, promotions, range, availability,
and cost prices to expand both sales and margin. - Ensure the business line has the widest selection and best prices in the market through
national sourcing, recruiting marketplace vendors and leveraging competitive intelligence. - Working with existing vendor base to negotiate cost, funding and terms improvement, secure
supplier marketing and advertising spend, develop new incentive programs, and ensure a
reliable and operationally effective flow of goods to our customers. - Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners and working to develop
new sourcing and extended range to ensure we have high quality, good value goods available
to our customers year-round. - Providing data-driven decision making to drive the business line by regular reporting
regarding assigned projects and plan achievements to provide insight to the Chief Business
Development Officer. - Working closely with marketing and other internal teams to forecast demand and ensure
consistent supply. - Contributing to business line growth by optimizing and streamlining Category management
and Helping to design systems and processing to minimize time spent on day-to-day tasks and
allow more time for strategic thinking. - Developing and executing monthly, quarterly and annual business line plans and strategies by
using the OKR & KPI tool to meet revenue goals. - Staying updated on industry trends and market competitions. Managing the resources, including recruitment, onboarding and training of executives
Requirements:
- Familiarity with product development, business finance, marketing performance, B2B
- Understanding of advanced business planning
- Superb business judgment; has been recognized as an effective manager with hands-on
- experience in business and data analytics
- Budgeting and/or financial focused mindset is helpful.
