Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing current processes and identifying strengths and weaknesses
- Identifying, implementing and monitoring key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve cycle.
- Planning time and budgets by reducing wasted time, rework and allocating resources.
- Providing project management with updating status, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
- Optimizing or redesigning process flows to meet process requirements.
- Understanding the details of an existing system, collecting data of procedures, outputs and metrics to develop a baseline of how the business or process works.
- Identifying relationships between systems by developing a holistic understanding of how a process and business works.
- Researching new equipment and techniques by finding new technology and techniques to incorporate into the business.
- Collaborating with department managers to define the short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains.
Education:
- At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering and technology or data scientist.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the process of an operations-related role is a plus.
Technical Competencies:
- Familiar with Data analysis methods and tools
- Proficient in project management methods like Lean, Agile and Scrum
- Proficient in Strategic planning
- Good researcher in new idea and technology
