Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyzing current processes and identifying strengths and weaknesses
Identifying, implementing and monitoring key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve cycle.
Planning time and budgets by reducing wasted time, rework and allocating resources.
Providing project management with updating status, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
Optimizing or redesigning process flows to meet process requirements.
Understanding the details of an existing system, collecting data of procedures, outputs and metrics to develop a baseline of how the business or process works.
Identifying relationships between systems by developing a holistic understanding of how a process and business works.
Researching new equipment and techniques by finding new technology and techniques to incorporate into the business.
Collaborating with department managers to define the short-term and long-term objectives and potential gains.

Education:

At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering and technology or data scientist.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in the process of an operations-related role is a plus.
