● Approaching approved leads by category manager and signing contracts.
● Facilitate vendor onboarding process.
● Maintain Close relationship and communication with Vendors as the main contact person.
● Being Update about last market condition in terms of assortment, pricing strategy
● Having the responsibility of reaching KA vendors to their order targets.
● Continuous Check and follow up of Vendors Activation Process.
● Continuous monitoring and analysis of vendors’ performance and sharing insight for them in order to improve performance.
● Prepare gap assortment analysis and share the related insightful analysis with vendors to improve their assortment.
● Pushing vendors for promotion participation and offering deals.
● Holding meetings with vendors to improve their sales and solve issues.
● Acting as a facilitator in solving vendor issues (Operational, Financial, …) and follow with related teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to vendor needs and objectives
● Continuous checking of vendor operational KPIs and assisting vendors to improve them.
● preparing comprehensive reports and conducting in-depth analysis to provide key insights and recommendations
● collaborating with junior colleagues, guiding them through projects and offering support and mentorship.
Requirement:
● Problem Solving Skills
● Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
● Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
● Follow up skills
● Strong Listening, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
● Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
● Persuasion skills
● Actively seek opportunities to streamline reporting procedures, enhance data collection methods
