Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the team manager in designing workflows, documenting team processes and policies, and defining relevant and effective KPIs.
- Monitor Performance KPIs of VIP Vendors and suggest solutions to improve them.
- Maintain and improve Incubation and Training process for VIP Vendors.
- Manage and provide guidance and leadership to all VIP agents.
- Give ongoing feedback to VIP Training Agents aiming to improve their negotiations with VIP Vendors and provide exceptional services to these vendors
- Monitor agents' attendance and manage all things related to agents, like ensuring they have access to all their required equipment.
- Evaluate performance of VIP Training Agents monthly against determined KPIs and specify improvement areas
- Calculate bonus according to KPIs per agent monthly and confirm agent bonus monthly.
- Plan and provide needed training to new agents as well as other agents based on the performance review result.
- Prepare team reports and present them to stakeholders monthly
Requirements:
- At least bachelor in MBA,Industrial Engineering, Management, and other related fields
- Candidates in MBA and Industrial Engineering are preferred
- Min 3 Years in B2B Sales field and Training experience
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- People management experience
- Strong negotiation knowledge and ability (Specially B2B Negotiation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familier with Google tools
- Deep knowledge and understanding of training field
- Good at customer service area
- Having knowledge and skill in project management
- Familiar with Sales and Marketing
- Familiar with English
