Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Vendor Acquisition Team, Guiding them through Targets of Focused Area
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and conducting in-depth analysis to provide key insights and recommendations
  • Having the responsibility of reaching KA vendors to their order targets
  • Continuous Check and follow up of vendor activation Process
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of vendor's performance and sharing insight for them in order to improve performance. (Vendors Success Plan)
  • Acting as a facilitator in solving vendor issues (Operational, Financial, etc.) and following up with related teams to  ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to vendor needs and objectives
  • Approaching Approved Key leads and signing contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients through regular communication and personalized interactions
  • Implement retention strategies to minimize churn among VIP customers, recognizing the importance of their loyalty to the organization
 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  •  Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM).
