Role and Responsibilities
- Report internal or external bugs and errors to relevant people and teams ·
- Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly ·
- Help vendors to integrate using our API sets ·
- Provide explanations to third parties using documents and meetings on our API set
- Test and review API sets to ensure all third-party vendors’ requirements are met and working correctly.
- Collaborate with all involved teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly ·
- Support other ventures and companies (like kitchen and supply) with their product, tech, and integration issues.
- Provide reports, feedback, and suggestions to the team manager
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in IT management, computer engineering, or other relevant majors.
- At least 1 year of experience in Product Support or the same positions.
Knowledge and ability
- Familiar with Jira
- Familiar with APIs and experienced using API test tools like postman etc.
- Familiar with databases and SQL queries
