شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role and Responsibilities

  •  Report internal or external bugs and errors to relevant people and teams · 
  •  Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly · 
  •  Help vendors to integrate using our API sets · 
  •  Provide explanations to third parties using documents and meetings on our API set 
  • Test and review API sets to ensure all third-party vendors’ requirements are met and working correctly.
  • Collaborate with all involved teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly ·
  • Support other ventures and companies (like kitchen and supply) with their product, tech, and integration issues.
  • Provide reports, feedback, and suggestions to the team manager
Requirements


  • At least a bachelor’s degree in IT management, computer engineering, or other relevant majors.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Product Support or the same positions. 
Knowledge and ability


  • Familiar with Jira
  • Familiar with APIs and experienced using API test tools like postman etc.
  • Familiar with databases and SQL queries
