Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan
- Troubleshooting current team processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Organizing, Planning, Prioritizing, and monitoring to meet goals effectively and efficiently
- Attend the cross-functional and board team meetings as the sales representative and negotiate to attract the team's required resource
- Follow up to create detailed reports and present them to stockholders.
- Recruit sales agents, provide them with on-the-job training, and set their seasonal objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Develop individual and regional targets and assign areas/services to team members
- Monitor team members’ performance, Coach, and provide ongoing and real-time feedback and suggest corrective actions and plans as needed to all members
- Foster a positive culture and workplace environment that is competitive yet collaborative
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Working knowledge of data analysis
- Strong knowledge of performance/Sales and vendor management metrics
- Good knowledge and skills in organizational structure and processes
- Familiarity with budget planning and goal-setting approaches especially OKR and KPI
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, Specially in Excel or G-sheets
- Reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
