• To plan for the implementation of lead collection projects in which restaurant and other services data are collected in the field by local teams.
• To follow up on lead collection projects, design dashboards and related reports and provide scheduled reports.
• To calculate lead collection project payments.
• To follow up on assignment projects in which restaurant information is given to the relevant sales teams for signing contracts.
• To plan and follow up on wish list projects in which the best restaurants of each city are identified.
• To plan, implement and report on continuous improvement projects.
• Periodic review of processes and projects and to provide improved solutions.
• To solve the problems and to make the necessary coordination inside and outside the team to advance the projects.
• To conduct post-project follow-ups to provide appropriate feedback and reports to managers and executive teams.
• To analyze data and provide insight to managers to improve the sales planning process.
• To follow up on the implementation of sales plans and policies.
• To attend necessary meetings and to prepare the required content, to follow up on decisions inside and outside the team
Requirements:
• Familiarity with project management.
• Familiarity with data mining and data analysis.
• Full familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Familiarity with Python and data analysis software is an advantage.
