Roles & Responsibilities:

• Translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Own the design, development, and management of scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business needs. As well as ad-hoc lead analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Perform end-to-end deep dive analyses to discover actionable insights for our business stakeholders.
• Develop scalable and self-serve data solutions to support team projects, automate processes, and accelerate analytics.
• Periodically identify opportunities to optimize the queries/tools in existing projects.
• Continuously learn new systems, tools, and industry best practices to help design new studies and build new tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Technology Systems (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering) or another related discipline.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in analytics or business intelligence

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or scripting language and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Experience with data visualization (SSRS, Tableau, or similar tools)
• Familiar with Machine Learning concepts and tools
• Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
• Presentation skills
• Ability to use regression, data manipulation, time series analysis, forecasting, statistical hypothesis testing, and econometric models.
