Job Description:

Support multiple projects and corporate service area initiatives
Serve as point of contact and process mentor to stakeholders and operations teams aiming to discover their process and requirements.
Track and monitor other team members, tasks and activities, identifies improvement opportunities, anticipates potential obstacles, and finds solutions.
Design & Process modeling to prepare a to-be model
Work collaboratively to document business rules and process workflows across the organization
Revise existing Processes based on Reports, Requirements, changing policies
Develop and manage timelines and implementation activities to ensure implementations are completed on time, within meet expectations.
Create needed dashboards based on existing processes and monitor them Daily report to manager on status of projects and all processes.
Aligning with business process analysts for planning their tasks

Requirements:

Good knowledge of business processes, operations, models and structure
Good working English knowledge
Ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc.) The ability to use Jira and JQL Programming is an advantage
The ability to use Power BI and other business process modeling platforms is a plus
having the mindset of using data to make changes
Workflow and Process knowledge is necessary
Demonstrated skills about workflow designer platform like visual paradigm
