شرح موقعیت شغلی

•  Manage and develop logistics staff 
•  Analyze data and identify areas of improvement. 
•  Monitor performance metrics and report on progress. 
•  Process designing and developing solutions to increase delivery performance.
•  Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance. 
•  Find ways to drive logistics efficiency in the whole country, by defining our city structure, our incentive schemes and managing our supply/demand relationship 
•   Accountable for the KPI Monitoring System Set Up – Develop a set of feasible and implementable KPI to track and evaluate rider service level and performance 
•   Responsible for optimizing processes, maximizing driver utilization, minimizing order times, and ultimately positively impacting the overall customer experience.

•  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard logistics software
•  Proficient in logistic process topics (modeling, analysis and process improvement) 
•  Proficient in project management, planning and reporting
