• Contact the vendors recently activated on the app and familiarize them with the technical
  features of the app.
• Providing new vendors with guidance on how to add new products, upload photos for their
  products, and improve their menus by including essential items based on their service.
•  Monitoring the performance parameters of newly added vendors and providing them with
  training to improve their performance in accordance with the relevant SLAs.
•  Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues related to vendors, ensuring timely and
  effective communication to achieve the best outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Google Drive tools (Google Sheets and Google Docs

• At least 1 year experience in account management, customer care or similar positions.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus

• At least Bachelor’s degree in MBA, Engineering, Management, or other related fields
