استخدام Account Management Supervisor

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an account management supervisor who is passionate, data-driven, and result-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to meet the business metrics and improve the internal processes, as well as ensure that the team members are motivated and satisfied with their job. The main responsibilities and requirements of this position are:

  • Build and Maintain long-term and profitable relationships with vendors to ensure satisfaction from supporting processes.
  • Supervise, coach, and train account management specialists on account management policies, procedures, systems, and tools.
  • Manage resources to solve issues according to the specified SLA.
  • Track and report on the performance and productivity of the team members using key metrics and feedback.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or critical issues and facilitate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and update team policies and procedures, aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • negotiate with vendors in complex or critical issues.
  • Cooperate with the team manager in designing workflows, documenting team processes and policies, and defining relevant and effective KPIs.
  • Create required reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and recognize improvable processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities and potential risks.
Requirement:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Having knowledge and skill in project management 
  • Strong negotiation knowledge and persuasion Skills (specially B2B Negotiation)
  • Experience with JIRA 
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Proficient knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the Tech industry and its key players, trends, and challenges.
  • In-depth understanding of account management principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts, including pricing, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
