شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Approaching approved leads by category manager and signing contract.
  • Maintain Close relationship and communication with vendors as the main contact person
  • Continuous Check and follow up of vendors Activation Process
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of vendors’ performance and sharing insight for them in order to improve performance
  • Prepare gap assortment analysis and share the related insightful analysis with vendors to improve their assortment
  • Ensure about competitive pricing of vendors especially on high demand and key products.
  • Holding Meeting with vendors to improve their sales and solve issues
  • Acting as a facilitator in solving vendor issues (Operational, Financial, …) and follow with related teams to  ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to vendor needs and objectives
  • Continuous checking of vendor operational KPIs and assist vendors to improve them

Requirements:

  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong Listening, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
  • Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
