Job Description:
- Plan, conduct, and analyze surveys of users and customers.
- Communicate with different departments to get relevant input that will help determine the purpose of the research Prioritize market research requests and plan for conducting them accordingly.
- Select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques and design research questionnaires and moderator guides accordingly.
- Conduct qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessments Devise methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires.
- Use statistical software to analyze collected data.
- Monitor the progress of market research projects to ensure that milestones or goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
- Prepare insightful reports of findings from research projects
- Evaluate or assess the quality of research to act as a coach for other team member on different market research tasks and provide related guidance to them.
Requirements:
- Adequate working knowledge of English
- Strong technical market research skills and data analysis proficiencies.
- High quality standards in both setting research methods and delivering research results whether written reports or presentations
- A good networker and written/verbal communicator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical packages.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or other related fields
