• Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Create project status presentations for reporting to key stakeholders.
• Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules.
• Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
• Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to managers.
• Design, test & monitor a process in order to reach certain objective. 

• Familiarity with data gathering and data analysis concepts 
• Being highly organized both in documentation and follow up
• Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office 
• Ability to adapt to a fast pace, dynamic work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Result oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management (STEM) – CS & CE is preferred 
• At least 1 year of experience in Project management or business administration
