•  Design and implement a strategic sales plan.
• Troubleshooting current team processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
• Organizing, Planning, Prioritizing, and monitoring to meet goals effectively and efficiently
•  Attend the cross-functional and board team meetings as the sales representative and negotiate to attract the team's required resource
•  Follow up to create detailed reports and present them to stockholders.
•  Recruit sales agents, provide them with on-the-job training, and set their seasonal objectives. train and coach them, and monitor their performance
•  Develop individual and regional targets and assign areas/services to team members
• Monitor team members’ performance, Coach, and provide ongoing and real-time feedback and suggest corrective actions and plans as needed to all members
• Foster a positive culture and workplace environment that is competitive yet collaborative

• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Working knowledge of data analysis
•  Strong knowledge of performance/Sales and vendor management metrics
• Good knowledge and skills in organizational structure, processes
• Familiarity with budget planning and goal-setting approaches especially OKR and KPI
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, Specially in Excel or G-sheets
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Reporting and presentation Skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously Teaching and instructing Skills
