شرح موقعیت شغلی
- Recruit, hire and train the sales team
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully supervising the sales team
- Set agents' sales goals, compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed
- Set up the Sales team in selected cities for expansion
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Develop individual targets and assign territories/services for team members
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Negotiate and sign contracts with VIP & Wishlist leads
- Supervise required operational & executive processes in assigned cities
- Preparing regular sales reports to have future action plan to boost the sales performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them
Technical Competencies:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective planning skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
