استخدام Sales Supervisor (اصفهان)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

  •   Recruit, hire and train the sales team
  •   Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully supervising the sales team
  •   Set agents' sales goals, compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed
  •  Set up the Sales team in selected cities for expansion 
  •   Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them 
  •  Develop individual targets and assign territories/services for team members 
  •  Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  •  Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment 
  •  Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
  •  Negotiate and sign contracts with VIP & Wishlist leads 
  •  Supervise required operational & executive processes in assigned cities 
  •  Preparing regular sales reports to have future action plan to boost the sales performance
  •  Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them 

 Technical Competencies:

  •  Strong oral and written communication skills
  •   Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  •  Reporting Skills
  •   Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills 
  •  Strong analytical skills 
  •  Effective planning skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously 
  •  Excellent Selling/ persuasive/ presentation Skills
