Job Description:

Works with the Top-level Management and other executives to establish and execute short and long term objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
Establish and execute departmental monthly, quarterly and annual plans and Policies by using the OKR & KPI tool policies, in conjunction with Company Objectives, organization officials or staff members.
Analyze and represent activity reports or other performance data to assess operational or project effectiveness and goal achievement
Oversees HR Development programs (including recruitment, onboarding and training of executives) and helping Team resources regarding job responsibilities and assigned Projects
Analyze market conditions and evaluate market needs and demands to suggest new business.
conduct studies on issues affecting areas of responsibility and develop required strategies for preventing and managing risk.
Develop or implement Vertical marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions.
Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business stakeholders.

Requirements:

Strategic thinking skills.
Judgment and Decision Making
Complex Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
Negotiation and Management of Personnel Resources
At least 5 years of experience in similar area of specialization in e-businesses
+3 years progressive experience in management/ leadership of business line or category.
Strong analytical skills and query software (Familiarity with SQL is an advantage)
Familiarity with product and service development and business finance
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and services.
