Job Description:

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include videos, posts and coverposts, web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Create creative visual contents for social media and other communication channels .
Translate team strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.
Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational and team standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
Work independently as well as cooperativly with related team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system

Requirements:

Academic education is not a must
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline is a plus
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
Familiar with WordPress and content management systems
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
In-Depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic design software
Motion videography skill is a big plus
