• Coordinating essential tasks for the execution of operational projects, including leading monitoring processes
• Tracking the recruitment progress and providing training for promoters
• Establishing communication with team promoters and overseeing their activities to ensure the project progresses smoothly
• Executing the presented day-oriented program
• Daily monitoring of project timelines and costs
• Addressing and resolving project deviation issues
• Handling and resolving quantitative and qualitative data issues during the validation process
• Conducting direct field inspections as needed
• Providing daily reports and presenting project milestone updates

• At least a bachelor’s degree in the field of Industrial Management, Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or other relevant areas
• At least one year of experience in a relevant area
• Proficient in project management concepts and methodologies
• Experience in planning, executing, and closing projects in accordance with best practices
• Expertise in using MSP for project planning, scheduling, and resource management
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet software, including Excel and Google Sheets
• Competence in data analysis, visualization, and creating dynamic reports
• Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
• Proficient in developing comprehensive project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and dependencies
• Understanding of critical path analysis and risk management
• Skill in generating detailed project reports and documentation
