Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Android development team, ensuring task allocation, technical guidance, and fostering a culture of code quality and accountability.
- Oversee project design and architecture, implementing Modular Clean Architecture and MVVM for scalable systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to align Android projects with company goals.
- Manage code review sessions, ensure adherence to coding standards, and assist the team in solving complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support team communication and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- At least 4- 5 years of experience in software programming
- Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding Android development teams.
- Hands-on experience in large-scale Android projects, ensuring stability, performance, and handling high user volumes.
- Solid experience in managing device fragmentation to ensure application compatibility across diverse Android devices.
- Extensive experience in unit testing, automated testing, and TDD to ensure code stability.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on reducing project complexity and increasing cohesion within the team.
