Responsibilities:

  • Partnership in planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, promotional offers, and lifecycle
  • Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and preferences for targeted marketing efforts
  • Create and optimize customer journey maps to guide campaigns and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content
  • Implement marketing automation workflows and triggers to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, timing, and other elements to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Implement personalization strategies, dynamic content, and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain and clean the email subscribers list to ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute retention and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing technology teams to integrate and optimize CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and data sources
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches
  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, customer support, and product development to align e-CRM strategies with overall business goals
Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management
  • Proficiency with E-CRM area 
  • Knowledge of E-CRM regulations and best practices
  • Ability to analyze customer data, including behavior, preferences, and engagement metrics
  • Experience with marketing automation and personalization tools
  • A passion for customer-centric marketing
  • Mastery at Testing and Quality Assurance content for different channels
  • Expertise in developing advanced segmentation strategies
