Responsibilities: 

  • Designing, redesigning and reviewing the processes of insight execution to ensure their proper functioning and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Assessing current processes and utilizing critical thinking approaches by suitable tools
  • Identify opportunities to automate work processes and improve team efficiency
  • Mining processes and conduct in-depth analysis of  processes, workflows, and systems to find bugs and process problems and identify areas for optimization 
  • Providing process improvement tools and support and guidance on best practices and methodologies for minimizing operational issues and maximizing quality and performance 
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in sales analytics
 

Requirements: 

  • At least Bachelor in the field of Management, Industrial Engineering, or Other Relevant Area
  • Full proficiency in process mining methods and techniques and designing and modeling processes
  • Proficiency in using at least a process mining tools e.g. Celonis and Familiarity with a BPMS tool e.g. Bizagi
  • Familiarity  in data analysis and data reporting using Excel/Sheet
  • Familiarity with BPMN and process reengineering is a plus
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices is highly desirable
